1. During our consultancy sessions, we may collect the following data in digital form, Audio and video recordings of the consultation, as well as any documents, screen-shared content, or chat messages exchanged during the session.

- To maintain an official record of advice provided for quality assurance and professional liability.
- To address any follow-up queries or disputes related to the advice given.
3. Recordings will be retained for 5 years after the service concludes to meet professional indemnity requirements
