The terms, IVS Solutions, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to IVS Solutions.
IVS Solutions offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the User/Student/ Client/ Parent/ Guardian, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or enrolling our services, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
These Terms and Conditions shall form a contract between the User/ Student/Client/ Parent/ Guardian and the Founders of IVS Solutions which define the scope of engagement and the services to be rendered.
IVS Solutions reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time.
1. GENERAL:
1.1 All IVS Solutions content (textual, visual and graphic material) is copyright protected. It cannot be replicated, reproduced or shared.
1.2. IVS Solutions does not permit you to share your username and password with anyone. The user account is only for the student's use. IVS Solutions may cancel or suspend your account if you share your login information with others. IVS Solutions reserves the right to terminate your account at any point without prior notification to you.
1.3. While it has been observed that students who opted for a College Selection session with our experts enjoyed a higher success rate, IVS Solutions is a merit-based, independent organization with NO college affiliations/tie-ups and does not guarantee or promote admissions to any specific schools.
2. PAYMENT:
2.1. IVS Solutions reserves the right to change its pricing and policies without any prior notice.
2.2 The application work will only commence once IVS Solutions receives full payment for the service. No part-payments/instalments are permitted.
2.3. Our charges exclude any bank/transfer/credit card fees. IVS Solutions will not bear any bank charges/transfer fees.
2.4. If the client has paid the service fees through an online card service, the client hereby agrees that he/she will not withdraw, or is not entitled to charge back the amount, without the knowledge of IVS Solutions, in case of payment made by any mode.
2.5. We do not store your billing information (e.g. credit card details or any banking passwords)
2.6. If the client has paid the money through Credit Card or Net Banking, the client undertakes voluntarily that he/she will not dispute the payment or notify the designated bank for charge back, insisting the bank to withhold or cancel the payment made to IVS Solutions by the client. The client further undertakes to inform his/her banker that the payment made to the company is genuine, and the transaction is an exception for his/her request to cancel or charge back the payment in his/her favour, including misuse and card loss cases either by him/her or through anyone.
2.7. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applicable on all payments made within India at 18%.
2.8. Only ONE promotional offer can be applied on an application package at any given point of time.
2.9. We do not offer any refund/deferral/adjustment/exchange of services.
2.10. All standalone services (essays, etc.) are valid for a period of three months from the date of purchase.
2.11. Counselling packages are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
2.12. All application packages are valid till the end of the financial year (March 31st) in which the student is applying. The year of application will be mentioned on the invoice.
2.13. Incremental packages are applicable if comprehensive application packages are purchased within the same financial year.
2.14. Failure to submit the questionnaire/requisite documents duly filled and submitted via email at least 48 hours prior to the session will result in cancellation of your session.
3. PROCESS:
3.1. For Masters/MBA the sessions are conducted with the student only.
3.2. Only Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel formats will be accepted on our platforms.
3.3. For applications, we help with short answers over 150 words or 1500 characters.
3.4. We do not write essays for students. Our team of experts help with brainstorming and ensure that a stellar essay is submitted post multiple edits, after recommending such number of edits and suggestions that may be required.
3.5. If you are applying for any dual degrees, applications for the same would be considered independently.
3.6. Essays brainstormed will be the ones edited. Essays once brainstormed cannot be replaced with other essays/essays pertaining to another college application. For additional Essays to be reviewed by IVS Solutions, separate standalone fees shall be charged.
3.7. Financial Aid/Scholarship Letter/Wait List Letter/Post Interview Essay/Re-applicant Essay are not included in our application packages. Students can avail the same as an add-on to their respective application package.
3.8. If you do get accepted after working with IVS Solutions on the application, you will provide a high-resolution photograph (2MB) and/or a 2-minute testimonial on the impact IVS Solutions had on your application.
3.9. Last Minute Panic Packages shall cover up to 4 essays per school (up to 2000 words total).
3.10. We shall provide free assistance on a 2 comprehensive application package to any student who has worked with us on 7 schools or more and did not receive an interview invite in the current cycle. Students can avail of this free assistance in their current or next consecutive year.
3.11. Our expertise is clearly defined in the scope of a package across the website/payment link/invoice. We do not fill in application forms or visa-related forms on behalf of students.
3.12. No optional application question/additional questions/short answers will be brainstormed/ edited for Masters 1 SOP Package. Only 1 SOP (up to 1000 words) + Recos + Resume is included in 1 SOP package.
3.13. All Video essays without prompts will be covered under the interview preparation session.
3.14. The only Essay Editing services are not applicable for Harvard and Stanford MBA essays.
4. RELATIONSHIP
The Parties to Agreement, in entering to Contract, does not in any way, create an employer- employee relationship.
5. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
5.1. For the purpose of this Agreement, Confidential Information shall mean:
- The personal information of the User.
- The documents provided by IVS Solutions including their personal suggestions and comments.
- Any other information shared during the course of engagement.
5.2. The User agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
5.3. All the above-mentioned confidential information shall not be disclosed by either of the Parties to third parties and shall continue to be in force even after the termination of this Contract, unless as required by law.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
IVS Solutions is bound to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the client. Accordingly, IVS Solutions takes reasonable steps to protect personal information, collected by IVS Solutions from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. IVS Solutions may use and disclose the client's (and if applicable, the client's family's) personal information for the primary purpose for which it is collected, for reasonably expected secondary purposes which are related to the primary purpose and in other circumstances authorized by the Privacy Act. In general, IVS Solutions will disclose the Client's personal information for the following purposes: a. to conduct our business; b. to communicate with the client; c. to comply with our legal obligations; and d. to help us manage and improve our services.
7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
7.1 Students or their parents/ guardians represent and warrant that he/she/they have full power, authority and right to execute and deliver this Agreement, has full power and authority to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and has taken all necessary action to authorize the execution and delivery of this Agreement. No other consents are necessary to enter into or perform this Agreement.
7.2. The User warrants that they wish to seek IVS Solutions' services honestly and shall not share the same to a competitive organization/company in any manner.
8. EVENTS:
8.1. For any paid events, the fees charged are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable to other students or for any other event.
8.2. Parents/Guardians attending the event will have to register and pay the applicable event fees.
8.3. Time: The in-office event is held for 1 hour. 20 Minutes from that hour will be dedicated for students' Q&A.
8.4. Reporting time: Students are required to report to the venue 15 minutes before the start of the event.
8.5. In case of walk-in students or Parents or Guardians for paid events, you are required to pay the applicable event fees at the time of entry.
9. WEBSITE INFORMATION
9.1 We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting us. Any reliance on the material on this site is your own risk.
9.2. We reserve our right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
10. DISCLAIMER
IVS Solutions is not responsible for the quality, safety, or reliability of its Services. IVS Solutions makes no representation or warranty about the services, including that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and provide the Services (including content and information) on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. IVS Solutions disclaim any implied or statutory warranty, including any implied warranty of title, accuracy of data, non- infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. NO LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall IVS Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or costs associated with alternative services.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND TERMINATION
12.1 If the Client has any concerns, complaints, or dissatisfaction with the services provided, the Client agrees to follow this process before considering termination:
a. The Client shall provide written notice to the Counselor detailing specific concerns and areas of dissatisfaction.
b. Within 7-10 business days of receiving such notice, the parties agree to meet virtually to discuss the concerns openly and in good faith. The meeting will include the Client (parent/guardian), the assigned counselor, and a representative from the Company's management if requested.
c. During this meeting, the parties shall work together to understand the nature of the concerns and identify potential solutions or adjustments to the counseling approach (if any)
12.2. If, after genuinely and in good faith following the above resolution process, the concerns remain unresolved and the Client wishes to discontinue services:
a. Either party may terminate this engagement by providing 14 days' written notice to the other party.
b. Upon termination, no refund of any fees paid shall be provided and the Counselor shall cease providing services effective from the termination date.
12.3. The Counselor reserves the right to terminate this engagement immediately, without refund of fees if:
i. The Client fails to make payments according to the agreed schedule
ii. The Client or Student engages in dishonest, fraudulent, or unethical behavior
iii. The Client fails to provide necessary information/ documents within the stipulated time
iv. The Client tries to malign the name of the company in whatsoever manner, which tampers the functioning of the business or reputation
v. The working relationship becomes untenable due to the Client's conduct by not replying to calls or emails for a month.
13. NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made for services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered. We do not offer refunds, adjustments, exchanges, or credits for any completed or partially completed services under any circumstances.
14. PACKAGES:
We customize our counselling services as per the needs of the student and parents. Our charges can be from INR 6000 to INR 50,00,000. 18% GST is applicable on all services.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue to be valid, legal and enforceable as though the invalid, illegal or unenforceable parts had not been included in Agreement.
In view of the same, the terms and conditions mentioned above are acknowledged and accepted by the User and IVS Solutions as and when the payment is made by the User.
